CCHP ("CCHP" or "CCHP.COM" or "we" or "us" or "website" or "company") is a data portal open to users of all age ranges, demographics, and backgrounds with no restrictions.
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or utilizing any part of our website or the services provided on, you agree to accept and comply with the terms, conditions, and notices stated herein and as may be modified by our company without notice to you. These Terms of Use constitute a binding contract between CCHP and you. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, please do not access or use any part of our website.
Use of Website: You agree to use the services provided to you on this website for your own individual or business use. Your commercial use is limited to transactions conducted on your own behalf, unless otherwise stated with prior written agreement from our company. Real estate and lending professionals may be able to provide information to consumers through the services on our website.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the services provided on our website in ways that are deemed unlawful, or may harm CCHP, its staff, its service providers, affiliates, or other users.
Automated Queries: These Terms of Use do not provide you a license to use, reproduce, distribute, display or provide access to any portion of the services on third-party websites. Publicly available search engines and similar internet navigation tools may query the services and provide an index with links to the services' web pages, only to the extent such unlicensed "fair use" is allowed by applicable copyright law. Search engines are not permitted to query or search information protected by a search verification system which limits access to human users.
Restrictions: You agree not to remove or modify any copyright or other intellectual property notices that appear in the services. You will not use the services for resale, service bureau, time-sharing or other similar purposes.
Contact Calls: If you, as a customer, choose to contact a real estate agent through the services by filling out a contact request or other request form on CCHP, you authorized CCHP to provide your name and contact information and other identifying information you provide to the real estate agent you choose. Further, if you elect to request pre-approval from a lender in connection with your contact with a real estate agent, you authorize CCHP to provide your name and contact information and other identifying information you provide to the participating lender. You acknowledge that, by submitting your contact request or other request form on CCHP or by electing to request pre-approval, you may receive telemarketing calls from or on behalf of the real estate agent or lender at the telephone number and contact information you provide.
Google Maps Use: Some of our services implement Google Map's web mapping service or other 3rd party proprietary mapping software. Your use of Google Maps is subject to Google's terms of use. All other 3rd party proprietary mapping softwares are also subject to their own terms of use.
Advertising Display: CCHP relies on advertising to keep its services free to the public. You understand and agree that the services provided to you may include advertisements, and there these are necessary to support CCHP. To help make the advertisements relevant and useful to you, CCHP may structure the advertisements to display on a randomly rotating basis.
Linked Content: CCHP may includes links to third-party websites, products, and or services. CCHP does not endorse, and takes no responsibility for any damages or offense that these third-party websites, products, and or services may cause.
Webscraping: Crawling CCHP.com and network sites is not allowed for inclusion in web search engine results only. Webscraping, downloading or webcrawling of any property or other data for inclusion in another real estate search site, content aggregator, or any other purpose is strictly forbidden without prior written consent from CCHP.
Intellectual Property: The content and services provided are the property of CCHP and subject to intellectual property rights.
No Warranty: CCHP provides its content and services on an as is basis, with all faults and as available, and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, and effort is with you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CCHP makes no representation, warranties or conditions, express or implied. CCHP expressly disclaims any and all warranties or conditions, express, statutory and implied, including without limitation (1) warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, accuracy, title, quiet enjoyment, no encumbrances, no liens and non-infringement, (2) warranties or conditions arising through course of dealing or usage of trade, and (3) warranties or conditions of uninterrupted or error-free access or use.
Limitations of Liability: In no event will CCHP, its officers or staff be liable for any damages, including without limitation any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of, based on, or resulting from these terms of use or your use of the services, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The exclusion of damages under this paragraph is independent of your exclusive remedy and survives in the event such remedy fails of its essential purpose or is otherwise deemed unenforceable. Terms of Use Modification: CCHP reserves the right to change or modify its Terms of Use at any time, you are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the services after the effective date of such changes will constitute acceptance of and agreement to such changes. CCHP may suspend or discontinue its services at any time to you and to other without notice.
