Room to spread out, mountains to wake up to, and a community packed with extras. This 1,385 square foot home in Country Lake, a sought-after 55+ senior community in San Jacinto, has more going for it than you would expect. Freshly painted inside and out and fitted with updated dual-pane windows, it is bright, clean, and move-in ready. The inside is drywalled, so it feels like a real house, not your typical mobile home. The kitchen has Formica counters, a microwave and range only about 2 years old, a dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet space, with easy-care linoleum throughout. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with even more storage, perfect as a pantry or a place to keep your household supplies. Both bedrooms have their own walk-in closets, and storage is everywhere you look. A closed-in porch gives you extra space to enjoy all year. The primary bath has a walk-in shower with Corian counters, and the guest bath has a tub for a good soak with granite counters. Getting in and out is easy. Under the carport you have wide steps with handrails, plus a wheelchair platform lift for truly accessible entry. Outside you have a long carport with a privacy screen, an 8x10 shed for your tools, a small side yard, and those mountain views right out front. Then there is the community. Country Lake offers a clubhouse, pool and jacuzzi, a banquet room, library, billiards, shuffleboard, horseshoes, RV storage, and activities to fill your week. There is even a pond where you can sit and fish if that is your thing. Pet friendly, too. Close to shopping and dining, and less than an hour from Palm Springs, Riverside, and San Bernardino. Buyer must be approved by the park. Come see this one before it is gone.
