Outstanding large lot situated at end of lane for privacy and no traffic! Over 1/2 acre with level building site for easy construction. Prior to the 2018 Camp Fire existed a 1,500 SQFT 3 bedroom home. There are several bonuses here, there is huge RV carport and an additional carport, plus shed building as well. Hard to find level 1/2 acre in town on small end of lane setting just waiting to custom home to find it's way here!!
