Very desirable Valley Glen location – Valley Village adjacent! Opportunity knocks for an investor, builder, or someone capable of finishing a renovation project that stopped because of an out of state job transfer for a family member who was supposed to move in. Charming 3 BR, 1 BA home of approximately 1150 sq. ft., and 2 car garage, on an approximate 5700 sq. ft. lot, has new kitchen counters, cabinets and appliances, new windows, garage door, and recent paint - But still needs a bathroom remodel, new flooring, side yard fencing, some deferred maintenance, and other work to be completed. This is it’s first time on the market in over 70 years! Buyer should be able to close with all cash or private loan.
