Build your Mendocino coastal dream home in Surfwood IV subdivision. One of the last remaining vacant lots that has the ability to tie into the existing septic leach fields of the subdivision. Mutual water and paved roads come right up to the property. Lots of trees to shelter the wind and noise, with a filtered blue water ocean view.
