NO HOA!!! Old Magalia is a wonderful place close to Paradise with NO HOA. This .25-acre lot is ready for a new owner. Fantastic Curb Appeal with a beautiful Oak Tree and Redwood Tree in front. Driveway into the property can be re-used. The lot could be good for a Site Built Home or a Manufactured Home. Only 6 minutes from Save Mart Grocery Store in Paradise. This would be a great spot to call home.
