For some unusual scientific reason that is above my paygrade the freeway does not have the impact you might think it would, and oddly enough you can hear the traffic more clearly from a few streets away. There is a good sized laundry room inside and a dining area between the galley kitchen and living room, with a classic brick fireplace and bay window. The exterior was painted last year, and although it would benefit from some upgrades and updating it is also priced very well, allowing you to create your own vision, and "sweat equity". I don't think you will find a better home value at this price.
