Just the perfect 55+ home and this one is one of the largest lots in the community. It over looks the golf course so no back neighbors. 2 very big bedrooms and 2 full bath, tons of storage in the closets. Walk into the large open living room which flows right into the formal dining room with built in cabinet. The kitchen has enough room to have at least two chefs in at the same time and also has plenty of storage. All this and still a giant family room. 2 Covered patios, one on each side with patio covers. The carport has room for 4 vehicles. There are two big strong sheds in the backyard also under a patio cover. This house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac so very few cars drive by. It is so quiet and peaceful. Newer dual pane vinyl windows throughout. Central AC and Heat. Private
