Great lot in clearlake in a nice area. Across the street from the property has a new manufactured home! Paved road. Used to be a manufactured home on the property a few years ago, but it burned down. Has all utilities available. Not too far from town, but feels private. Property is really on Cedar Ave. Take 40th Ave., turn left on Moss, than right on David, then right on Cedar to the sign on the right.
