This is by far the most beautiful existing build site in Cohasset! The canyon view with Mudd Creek meandering down the valley is nothing short of amazing. There is an existing build site where there was a 4 bedroom and 2 bath cabin prior to the fire that swept through the area over a year ago. FEMA has diligently cleared the build site and has issued a build clearance for reconstruction. there are no less than 3 preapproved housing floor plans and the county office to fast track a new construction home on this site with prior utility connections.
