Welcome to Five Acres on Reese Lane. This five-acre property is ready for a new owner with a vision. The seller has invested in two large concrete pads, roughly 45/60 and 40/15 with siding added for storage of his Antique cars, but has wind damage and is in rough condition. There's no well, septic, or power currently on site. Antique cars on the side are available for purchase or will be moved to the next-door property. Since the owner owns the next-door property, he's willing to share a well with the current buyer. This property is perfect for the horse lover to build their own horse corral. The property sold AS-IS.
