This property is an over-sized double lot (3,780 SF) on the west side of the highway, in Cambria’s Lodge Hill neighborhood, near the corner of Ardath Dr. and Trenton Ave. The beige house to the rear on Haddon is for sale. Buying this lot adds LOTS of possibilities for the future homeowner. The sale includes CCSD water wait position number 354. The relatively flat lot makes for an easier build.
