Desert enthusiast, this deal is too good to pass up! 10 Acres of flat, usable land located in Ocotillo Wells, just minutes from Pole Line and the Blu-Inn. Bring your toys, rigs and ideas to make this property your own! Current owners have cleared 5 acres of brush and placed 4x4 wooden poles at each corner of the property to mark its boundary lines. This lot is located approximately 1 mile south of Hwy 78, so it’s quiet, away from other people and camps. There are 5 couples who own this lot together, so if you have a good group of desert friends, this is a great opportunity to buy something together if you don’t have the means to buy it on your own.
