Job Title: Office Assistant

Main Job Responsibilities:
• Process daily out-going and in-coming letters
• Monthly revenue and receivable update
• Calculate and issue paychecks
• Employee file update and management
• Comparison invoices and payroll per payroll
• Bank reconciliation every month
• Fixed asset management
• Other performs related work as assigned

Education Level and Required Skills:
• At least two year college education
• Peachtree Accounting System (preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Active team player
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with priority in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills and possesses a positive attitude
