THERE YOU ARE doing your morning Thumb Exercises, scrolling through real estate websites, sipping on your coffee trying to mentally prepare for the day. For example, you probably want a 4 bedroom home, but you want/need a room with its own bathroom downstairs because your college age kid/older parent wants to move in with you and you're like, "Oh-kay, fine." But, you also need a Man Cave because Lord knows your husband wants to have his "own space" to scream at the football games while shaking his fists at the refs on TV. It's also duly important that the Master Bedroom be large and spacious with a separate tub/shower and huge walk in closet, because, well, why not? You also need a large beautiful granite topped kitchen that connects to the family room so you can monitor your little humans to make sure they aren't strangling each other while watching Caillou on TV (for the 47th time today). Speaking of your offspring, you probably want them to grow up to be smart, so you'll find it satisfying that this home is in the Temecula School District, and even better, the streets in the community are mostly cul-de-sacs so crazy drivers won't be playing Frogger with your kids.
