We are proud to present the Fannie Bonham RowHouses nine units apartment that was awarded the 2017 Historical Preservation. All units are fully tenants occupied. The building boasts with new laminated wood floors, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new washer and dryer, new refrigerator, new dishwasher and new stove. The renovation came with new copper plumbing with 9 tank less water heater, 9 individual sub-meters, new insulation, new drywall, basement framing was redesigned, central a/c, new gas line and new paint inside and out. All 9 doors and 74 windows were restored to their original architectural style. Porches were redesigned to reflect the original period and style. This is truly a special unique one of kind building.
