Very nice condo with vinyl that looks like wood, tile and carpet floors. Nice location just inside the gate on the left, so very easy to find. Also across from the pool. This is a small gated community off of Sierra Hwy and Rainbow Glen. Bedrooms are nice size and very bright and cheery. Stackable washer and dryer and refrigerator are included. Very nice large dining area off the kitchen with a beautiful ceiling fan. Nice cross ventilation in the summer. Only a few stairs to the condo. Private end unit with small patio. Garage is a tandem garage w/newer opener. Newer hot water heater with associated piping to code. Shades in the bedrooms are custom, please be careful with them. Electrical panel in hallway was recently replaced. No condo in front of you and the trees add privacy for the balcony. Fireplace in livingroom
