Nice large family cabin in the National Forest. Very open living room for the whole family to use on family ocasions, Downstairs is living room, Kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a mud room in the back. Upstairs is 2 large bedrooms with great views. The cabin needs some tlc . Now for the Nat forest info. The cabin is on national forest land, Its use is by permit with the nat forest. The yearly charge is 1650. Water bill is $400 or so a year. Everything is by yearly fees. Its a beautiful community.
