Incredible home site outside of Lower Lake, 20+ acres, view of the Clearlake, a pond, Cobb, Mt. Konocti and Mt. St. Helena. Can see the steam plumes from the geysers in the winter. Slight banana belt (warmer up by the property than in the canyon below (Morgan Valley Rd). 5-6 minutes to post office, La Monarca market for groceries including meat, Maynards bar. 7 minutes to Tower Mart for gas and more groceries. 10 minutes to Walmart. All this but it feels a million miles away when you are home. Well and septic. Private dirt road (1 mile up from Morgan Valley Rd.) Very secluded at the end of the road.
