You had given up hope of finding a large enough parcel to have horses and plant orchards or vineyards at a price you could afford. How great it was that day on your way to Highland Springs Reservoir that you saw the sign go up. To think, in addition to this wonderful land, you got lovely views, a well with holding tank, two septic tanks, a livable single wide home, a not so livable double wide and a great 2 stall barn/tackroom. Oh happy days!
