Secluded area, nice views. Great spot to be alone in nature. Access off of an unpaved unmaintained county road. Can't really develop this one on its own due to its small size and lack of utilities. Great option for a neighbor or neighboring lot owner. Copy and paste those coordinates to google maps for a pin with the location.
