A six bedroom house can be just about any configuration of living arrangements you can name, with two bedrooms downstairs (one is set up as a den and can be opened to the living room) and 4 bedrooms upstairs. Three baths ensures that no one should have to wait. The back of the house is one large and cheerful space containing a peninsula style kitchen, family room/eating area, walk-in pantry and laundry area. French doors lead to the entertaining deck and grassy garden area.
