This is a darling little place that you just have to see to appreciate. It is a mobile with additions, on a paved road. Kitchen is open to the living room, there are two bedrooms, washer and dryer hook ups inside, and 1 bathroom. Nice covered deck and lots of room outside for a child to play in a fenced in yard. This little mountain community has a lovely park just down the street, a brand new beautiful library, hiking trails, horse trails, dirt bike trails and more. We have 4 mild seasons and just enough snow to not get tired off it. We are only about 40 miles to Bakersfield or Valencia and a quick 15 minutes to the new Outlet Mall at the bottom of the Grapevine....the perfect starter home!!!
