This is a very cool house with a tempting price tag. Drive down this established, pleasant street and look for the bright house with a sweet little front courtyard around a paved front patio. The paint is cheerful, the exterior flavor is Early California. Inside the flavor is more like a sweet bit of indulgence. The foyer tile has some accents of color that play with the light above. There is Bamboo flooring throughout the main traffic areas and into the Master. The sunken living room features attractive beamed ceiling, nice carpet, and a pretty slider out to the back yard. The family room is a bit cozier with a big fireplace, painted with rich color that looks like art on the wall.
