Property consists of three individual units. All three units in need of repair. Front unit has termite damage, wood damage. Interior may require new flooring throughout, kitchen may require update. Exterior back part appears to have had some water damage and a pipe has been repair. Stain still visible. Enclosed shed attached to front unit has visible wood damage and roof may be sinking in. Middle unit has foundation damage, kitchen floor is slanted. Water damage from existing leak. Middle unit's hardwood floors require sanding and new stain. Bathroom ceiling needs repair as well asl laundry room. Back unit has broken windows, wood damage on fascia and eaves, kitchen cabinets worn and floors. Bathroom shows signs of moisture on ceiling, walls and floor. Carpet in bedrooms worn and may require replacement. Patio attached to unit is water damaged and may need to be torn down. One car garage attached to unit, part of it has been converted to third bedroom without permits. WAll heater old and does not function. Exterior, back gate is bend, may require replacement.
