This home was built around an old existing cabin that had been on the lot for 2 generations. The roof of the old cabin was still up in the very large attic (where another set of rooms could be finished off easily with 8 foot ceilings). The finished home had never been occupied from 1991 when it was finaled by Building and Saftey. It was in dire need of repair with old single pane windows, a kitchen but no appliances whatever, no modern countertops, only one bathroom but it was set up for wheelchair access!. No floor coverings, holes in walls for unknown reasons, no furnace except an old wall heater in old part of original cabin, all paint surfaces were original to 1991 including the exterior which needed woodpecker holes covered. The roof was original so it has to be replaced. Overall the deferred maintenance resulted in the low price. The home was sold as is with no contingencies.
