Mutual 9 Carport 112 Stall 2 is a one bedroom basic unit that is in need of TLC.....this unit has newer windows and laminate wood floor but is suffering from neglect.....a good sprucing up and paint will work wonders for this unit that sits on an adorable green belt. The patio is a pleasant place to sit and enjoy our cool ocean breezes. This unit also has 2 ceiling fans and a skylight in the kitchen and bathroom to make it light and bright. There is a slider out to the patio from the bedroom. The unit faces east and gets the morning sun!
