Downtown San Jose is booming at the moment. That's because so many High Tech companies are investing in the area. Adobe has plans to build a 3rd tower, Microsoft just bought some land in the area, Plans for the new Google Campus to be built near the Diridon station. With the bullet train, BART and many other public modes of transportation being offered at the Diridon station, that will be the hub for public transportation in the future.
