The historic L R Patty home was built by E B Ogden in 1906. Mr Patty was a Redlands citrus grower and SB County Clerk during the WWI era. The home maintains many of the original characteristics built by Ogden. However, it has been tastefully updated with desired modern fixtures. The knob and tube wiring has all been changed to modern standards as has the plumbing. Look into the kitchen and you'll see new soft close cabinets, quartz, designer ceramics, quality stainless appliances, and a large walk-in pantry. You note the dining room is awash in sunlight from the expansive windows which looks out over the lush backyard. The front room has a wood burning fireplace and the family room can be closed off by its pocket doors. Walking into the master bedroom, you look through the 'barn' door and note how large your walk-in closet is. The bathroom has a custom dual vanity and then there is the gigantic shower which includes a rainfall shower option. A couple of the other bedrooms are large enough to hold two/three beds with room to spare There is also an oversize laundry room besides the upstairs bedrooms. Both floors have their own dedicated heating/cooling. There is plenty of sitting room on the front porch to enjoy watching the world go by. You will note an interior and exterior entry to the basement which gives plenty of storage room. There is also a small semi-finished basement area that would make a great man-cave/teen-cave getaway area(not incl in the sq ft.)
