This may be a bumpy ride to get there, but so worth the ride. At the end of the bumpy road you will find a quaint, very livable small house surrounded the hills of the Sand to Snow National Monument. Peaceful, serene, surrounded by beauty! Inside is a delight, with corner wood stove, huge view windows, mini-dining area that is open to a perfect dining/patio. The 2 bedrooms are both good sized and the bathroom is quite large. There is a large hall closet with water stubbed out so that someday there could be a laundry. The outside definitely needs a paint job, but at this price … where in California do y0u get a house for this price? Bring your tools, some paint, toys and even a horse. There are two patios. The front patio looks out to Mt San Jacinto and the back/side patio is quite private. Both patios have beautiful views, are covered and have brick flooring. The outside needs some TLC so bring your work gloves. The furniture is all available with the house, except the braided rugs! The land is fairly flat is full of native plants. The location is tucked close to the hills. The surrounding hills are mostly Sand to Snow National Monument and just little way down the road you will find the Big Morongo Canyon Preserve.
