I really like this home. To start with, the street is beautiful. The trees change colors and drop their leaves about now leaving the street a golden carpet. I also really like all residential neighborhoods with wide tree lined streets. This neighborhood is very quiet. I love that this home is so close to Lakewood Village. The double garage is a very nice feature as well as the covered porch with seating for two to enjoy the end of your day watching the sun set with a glass of your favorite wine. Stepping inside, the living room and dining are a very large open space. The floor plan works. The kitchen and the inside laundry room and you are steps to a very large rear yard. A quiet street, a large yard is perfect. Some other features that help to make this a very comfortable home is the raised foundation and original wood floors.( I am sure the kitchen and bathroom do not have wood floors, which is normal.) When I am in the back yard I feel like I am in the woods, so many trees. The bedrooms are large and this is the perfect floor plan to add a family room or master bedroom.
