Quintessential mountain cabin with convenient location, easy access, great floor-plan, wide ranging views and located on a quiet cul-de-sac! Just a 5 minute drive to the shops, restaurants & services of Lake Gregory, a down-hill walk to the lake (might want a ride back up though:) and a super short ride up to Hwy 18 for easy commuting. Parking for 3-4 cars or about 8 Fiat 500s. Barely 2 steps to the door making it easy for grandma & grandpa to navigate. Entering, we have cozy but well-sized living room complete wood burning fire place (with gas starter) and access to the back deck. The deck has really, quite beautiful views stretching out to the high desert. Back inside on the main floor we have a functional kitchen and dining area with a half bath off of the living room hall. Upstairs we have 2 large bedrooms with a full bath. There you have it folks.. Sure she needs a little bit of paint, maybe some cabinets and fixtures but she's got all you need to start calling the mountains home, even if it is just part time.
